Diese Website wird über Cloudflare Pages gehostet und ausgeliefert. Anbieter ist Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Beim Aufruf der Website verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Daten, insbesondere Ihre IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, die aufgerufene Seite sowie Browser- und Geräteinformationen. Dies ist erforderlich, um die Website auszuliefern und vor Angriffen zu schützen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; mein berechtigtes Interesse liegt in einer sicheren und zuverlässigen Bereitstellung der Website. Cloudflare ist unter dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert, auf dessen Grundlage die Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt (Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission, Art. 45 DSGVO).
3. Reichweitenmessung mit Cloudflare Web Analytics
Zur statistischen Auswertung der Besuche nutze ich Cloudflare Web Analytics. Dieser Dienst setzt keine Cookies, speichert keine Daten auf Ihrem Endgerät und erstellt keine Nutzerprofile. Erfasst werden u. a. aufgerufene Seiten, Referrer, Browser-, Geräte- und Länderinformationen sowie Ladezeiten in aggregierter Form. Dabei wird ein Skript von Cloudflare geladen, wodurch Ihre IP-Adresse technisch bedingt an Cloudflare übermittelt wird; sie wird nicht zur Identifikation einzelner Besucher verwendet. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; mein berechtigtes Interesse liegt darin, die Nutzung der Website in anonymisierter Form nachvollziehen zu können. Zur Übermittlung in die USA siehe Abschnitt 2.
4. Speicherung der Spracheinstellung
Wenn Sie die Sprache (Deutsch/Englisch) umschalten, wird diese Auswahl im lokalen Speicher Ihres Browsers (localStorage) abgelegt, damit sie beim nächsten Besuch erhalten bleibt. Diese Information verbleibt auf Ihrem Gerät und wird nicht an mich oder Dritte übertragen. Rechtsgrundlage ist § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG, da die Speicherung für die von Ihnen ausdrücklich gewünschte Funktion unbedingt erforderlich ist. Sie können den Eintrag jederzeit über die Einstellungen Ihres Browsers löschen.

Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und verwendet keine Tracking-, Werbe- oder Social-Media-Dienste. Schriftarten und Programmbibliotheken sind lokal eingebunden; beim Aufruf werden keine Daten an Google oder andere Drittanbieter übertragen.

Wenn Sie mich per E-Mail kontaktieren, verarbeite ich Ihre Angaben (E-Mail-Adresse, Name, Inhalt der Nachricht) ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, sofern Ihre Anfrage auf eine Zusammenarbeit oder ein Beschäftigungsverhältnis abzielt, im Übrigen Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Ihre Daten werden gelöscht, sobald die Anfrage abschließend bearbeitet ist und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.

2. Hosting and delivery of the website
This website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page accessed, and browser and device information. This is necessary in order to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable provision of the website. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of which the transfer to the USA takes place (adequacy decision of the EU Commission, Art. 45 GDPR).
3. Audience measurement with Cloudflare Web Analytics
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics for the statistical analysis of visits. This service does not set any cookies, does not store any data on your device and does not create user profiles. Among other things, the pages accessed, referrers, browser, device and country information, and loading times are recorded in aggregated form. In the process, a script is loaded from Cloudflare, as a result of which your IP address is, for technical reasons, transmitted to Cloudflare; it is not used to identify individual visitors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in being able to understand the use of the website in anonymised form. For the transfer to the USA, see Section 2.
4. Storage of the language setting
If you switch the language (German/English), this selection is stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so that it is retained on your next visit. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to me or to third parties. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is strictly necessary for the function you have expressly requested. You can delete the entry at any time via your browser settings.
5. No cookies and no tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any tracking, advertising or social media services. Fonts and program libraries are embedded locally; no data is transmitted to Google or other third-party providers when the website is accessed.
6. Contact by email
If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide (email address, name, content of the message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is aimed at a collaboration or an employment relationship, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your data will be deleted as soon as your enquiry has been conclusively dealt with and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
